At the Bear Creek park entrance, drive straight
ahead past the ranger's kiosk up to the road gate.
If you are walking in, park in the lot to the right of the gate.
From the road gate, follow the paved section to the fork in the road and take
the right fork downhill (Homestead Valley Trail). Follow this road thru a 2nd
gate to another fork. Take the left road straight ahead (Crescent Ridge Trail)
to the range.
Note: There is no water on the range, so plan accordingly. (During regularly-scheduled shoots the club has drinks available).
There are no range fees, as we are a public range within the park. There is, however, a $3.50 parking fee charged by the park on weekends.
Our range is located in Briones Regional Park off of
Bear Creek Road.
From San Francisco/Oakland, take Rte 24 East toward Walnut Creek and get off at
the Orinda exit.
Turn LEFT (West) onto Camino Pablo
Turn RIGHT (North) onto Bear Creek Rd
Turn RIGHT (East) onto Briones Rd
