HOW TO SEND YOUR AD: Save as a generic format
such as bmp, jpg, rtf, doc, or pdf. If you use other than
common fonts, fonts may be replaced so the ad can print. If you send a pdf
file, embed fonts.
SNAIL MAIL: If you cannot email, send hard
copies directly to:
CBH/SAA Editor, Kim Artherton, 2455 N. Naglee Rd.
#251/Tracy, CA 95304-7324.
PAYMENT: Send payment to CBH/SAA Treasurer,
Terry Mikesell, PO Box 491990, Redding, CA 96049-1990. Payments must be
received prior to printing (Check or Credit Card).
DEADLINE: Flyers for tournaments should be
inserted at least one month prior to the event. Example: Shoot date July
12 - flyer in newsletter office by April 15 for June issue.
